Then, they balls it up with wanting a link back to them on every single page of yours (For Google Search Boosting). Then they top it off with NO SSL support. This means your credit card and other info is not protected. Additionally, if you DO link back to them, and you have SSL yourself, it will error for your customers, making it look bad for you.
